I just wanted to share my wonderful workout with you. This morning I decided to combine Imax 2 with just the weight sections from Cardio & Weights. I did Imax2, then the TimeSaver Compound Weights & Upper Body from Cardio & Weights. I did skip the warm up for this premix, since I was already more than warmed up. This workout was a great challenge! Imax 2 takes a lot out of you, so I wasn't lifting as heavy of weights as I would normally. But I thought it was a great combination. My legs felt well spent from Imax 2, then my upper body got a killer workout, too. And my abs, too. I love the ab section in cardio & Weights, particularly the oblique work. I loved it so much today, I even did it twice!
As an aside, I still have trouble playing Cardio & Weights, the full program. I have cleaned the disc, cleaned the player, and even changed players, but it still gets "stuck" in the tricep section and cardio #3. But when I used the premix, it worked fine. Go figure!
