Hey, I have a question for you...or any runners out there. I have noticed that you are really into running. On another thread I think you said you run 5 days and week and started in Jan. Have you noticed any big changes in your body from this? Also, would you mind posting your typical work outs for a week.
The reason I am asking is because I want to start running more often. I love doing my Cathe workouts at home, but sometimes (most of the time) my children interrupt. My husband does his best to keep them distracted, but it is a real pain to deal with. I end up getting frustrated and my workout is cut short. So, I was thinking about running more often instead of doing so much Cathe (Boo, hoo!!) I don't want to get burned out on running or get too used to it. I basically want to make running my main workout. Then I thought I would work my arms and abs or do yoga/pilates on the weekend. So, I thought I would ask for your opinion.
