Hi Cathe, I'm wanting to lose 10 to 15 lbs by the end of May. I am 33 yrs. old, 5'2", and I began step aerobics in May of 2004. At that time I weighed 165 and I currently weigh 145. My husband and I are planning on having another baby but I do not want to get pregnant until I lose at least 10 or 15 more lbs. We want to start trying at least by this summer. I have set a goal to be at my desired weight of 135 to 130 lbs. by the end of May. I was doing The Firm until I recently discovered you and I love your new dvd's. The ones I own and love are: Basic Step & Body Fusion, High Step Circuit, Step Blast and Step Jump and Pump. I am prepared to follow a 1400 calorie a day diet but I only lack a rotation plan that uses these three dvd's. Could you put one together for me? I am anxious to work hard but hope to have an effective plan that will deliver results. Thanks in advance for your time.
