OK.....you've convinced me. I'm going to purchase 3 CC workouts using the special buy 2 get 1 free.

I definitely want 8.

What other 2 would you recommend? (I also have Press Play.)

I love hills, so I think 8 will fit that bill. Talk to me, folks!!!

And quickly, before I change my mind.

Gayle, get #7!!!! My other favorite is #6 with Sean (there's also a 6 with Candace). Seems like #5 has some good hills....

You'll love them!!!

I guess I should say a little about each....

8 is definitely the best for hills. It is the only one with so many!

7 has a wonderful first challenge. It's really long, and the music is great. There is not a single level 4 sprint or hill in the entire workout, but it still really gets you.

6 has quite a few sprints, but also some hills. He balances them out, though, and I really like it.

5 is a bit shorter than the others. Dang, it's been a while and I can't remember. I do know I like it, though.

I also have 6 with Candace. It whips my butt. She kills me with a whole bunch of level 4 sprints. I don't do it a lot, but it's still fun and I think she's a good instructor.

I don't have anything before 5.

5 is AWESOME. You have 3 nice long hills for the first challenge, 6 1 minute sprints for the second challenge and 4 30 second treks (combo speed and hill) for the last challenge. Very awesome!

To add to the confusion:

4 is my favorite for the music and my most used CC and has a balance of hills and sprints.

2 is quite hilly and is a great short workout for days when longer cardio is not possible.

Well, y'all know I LOVE every one of them so I'm not much help there, but I wanted to let you know that volume 6 with Candace is no longer available from the Cardio Coach website. ;-)

I told Sean I'm a techno-moron and, sure enough, had issues downloading the mp3's (I also have a Mac and wonder if that was an issue, though I suspect I messed it up) so he's sending me the discs. I ordered 4, 7 and 8 and can't wait to get them. Woo-hoo. Finally, I'll get to experience what you all have been raving about!

Err...I used 7 for my outdoor walk today, and the entire second challenge alternates between hill climbs and sprints (up to level 4 if you want).
