Tiggy I was like that, earlier. Usually we are off to the gym and running. Nothing today. The more we sit, the more tired and munchy I get. ACK. I had my oatmeal around 7 and by 9:30 I was starving. Then I made an egg white omelet on an english muffin. That did the trick and held me well for 4 hours! Once my little rugrat went down for a nap, got my workout in and now feel so much better. I think sitting around, getting tired, more munchy...it's like a domino effect. That's all you want to do!
