Since I'm very overweight I completed Meso 1 and I just started it over again today. I think this was the right thing to do. I was able to complete the WHOLE disc 1 routine (pushups are done on knees or table top) and my weights went up but for some strange reason shoulder weights went down.
I think STS can be used in many different rotations, all adjusted to what your needs are. Very cool.
