Now, that I've seen all the photos and read up on all the stuff about STS Cardio, I just can't wait to get it. It looks fantastic, I think I'm going to have loads of fun with this!
When I think about the variety and sheer number of workouts that are included in the pre-order - I get giddy! I am thrilled that core work has been included in some of these. I was not expecting that. Excellent Cathe!
