RE: Sesame Ball Receipe?
More good things from you!!:9 I actually have a juicer, that I also purchased at a garage sale a few years ago. I mostly use it to make wheat flour.....but your berry idea sounds to die for!! I may have to hit the store tonight! I am trying to cut the carbs and sugar, and do fairly well until I get to the ice cream. That is where I stumble. If I could get something even close, and as easy as this sounds, I just may survive my fits before bed of wanting my Ben and Jerrys.
I have a friend with a Vita Mix and maybe I could have her so a quick grind on my seeds. I think I will still try one more time with my blender, and do even smaller batches. I did the three cups in probably 4 batches, but in the end I think there were still a few more seeds than powdery paste. My hands were definitely not oily, but sticky and covered with the mix. Yummmm!! The best part was eating my hands clean They did not harden to the point you describe, but are definitey firm after refrigeration. I know I should encourage my kids to eat them, but I am more inclined to tell them they are awful and to stay away from "mom's" yucky stuff!
