I'm doing Charlotte's Toasty Rotation and after one week I feel so much stronger. Do you think it's all mental?? :7
I mean, usually doing ME I have trouble with all the leg presses. Everytime Cathe says "OK grab a 10# weight" I would just cringe, but I made it through ALL OF THEM. I was so pumped. I was really happy with my workout today. I was hoping to be able to stick in some cardio, too, but my muscles are pretty cooked. I used heavier weights than I ever have, too.
I guess I should try and do some cardio in the morning and weights in the evening on days I want to do both, huh? Maybe that would help.
