I'm pooped

I just finished doing Imax 2.And I already did Boot Camp earlier today.I am so sleepy right now and not to mention hungry.I just got my workouts yesterday(can't you tell):).
Tomorrow will be C&W ,if I can get out of bed.I think I will have to leave Imax 2 alone now until Friday.I just love the music though,exspecially interval #2,(i did Imax 2 yesterday to)
Anyone else foolish enough to try 2 workouts in one day? Don't get me wrong I won't be doing this everyday.I didn't have to work today so I figured I would "work" in a different way:D.
I really enjoyed Boot Camp to.It is nice to have something totally different.

Hi,
I did Imax 2 on Sunday morning, and then went to church, hockey game, did laundry etc.. and found myself with a free hour. I wanted to work my abs and do pushups, and I remembered how busy Monday was going to be--so I did BootCamp that evening. It felt so good. I gave myself permission not to kill myself with the cardio, because I had already done cardio for the day. This was a great way to get some overall toning in without feeling like I had to give my all to a strength workout or kill myself cardio-wise. BootCamp is my all-time favorite ab workout (Well, it's a tie between BC and C&W). Those side planks are the best! I think I might try this more often. I bet it would be much harder to do Boot Camp first and then IMAX2--Ouch!
