Just have to share, ladies. I just got my MIS/PH that ya'll suggested for someone new to Cathe but not weights. After getting up at 5:30 to teach little kiddies all day, I got home to see my new DVD and immediately put it on. I did MIS ALL THE WAY THRU! Whatever Cathe used, I used half; and I'll definitely increase the weight next time. I kinda wimped out on some of the lunges but that's cuz I have a bad hip and they hurt on the right side. Now I see what the hoopla is about - she's great! So does this mean I'm an official Catheite or is there more to the initiation? teehee Oh, I forgot, I kinda wimped out on some of the ab reps. Gotta be honest here. Anyway, I'm on my way to getting buff! Thanks for your help, Cheryl
