I'm going to be in the newspaper

Last weekend I was teaching a class and the fitness reporter for the Minneapolis Start Tribune was in the class. She got really excited during the class and told me she was going to contact me. Well, today she did. A photographer is coming to my home gym on Sunday to photograph me giving a class to older adults. I think it is going to be in the paper in a week. I am really excited.

Shayne, how cool is that? The reporter is Dee DePasse, right? You'll have to do a special Minnesota Shout-Out when you know the article is coming out (usually on Mondays IIRC) so that I can keep my eye peeled. Thanks for the head's-up, and congrats!

Thanks everyone, I am really excited and nervous. We had to pull this together on short notice and the only time we could coordinate a photographer is tomorrow morning so the only person I could coerce into coming was DM. I reminded her that once a mom always a mom. We are cleaning the house to get everything ready and DH was even spurred on to put a finishing touch on my w/o floor I have been asking him to fix for a year and a half.

I am so excited since I have had such an awful couple of years it is nice to finally have something exciting to look forward to.

Aquajock - yes it is Dee DePass. She is an absolute hoot and a lot of fun to have in my class.
