Mary, I am a huge eater when PMS week hits. I am starting to recover today. This week has been bad. I was determined this month I wouldn't eat a half loaf of bread and a half jar of PB in one sitting. I used this forum as a motivator (signed on 5-30). The worst I did this PMS time was eating two PB/chocolate protein bars at one sitting and one night when the PB pull was so strong, I popped a bag of low fat popcorn and ate it and went to bed.
I am feeling pretty good about myself. It is a struggle every month for me. I do owe some of the credit to the people on this forum. It is a great support system and it helps to be accountable. This is the first month I can remember I didn't binge eat during PMS.
