Ok I'm worried .TTOM is just starting . I havnt eating ANY sweets Or junk for 3 weeks .Help me not to blow it !! It will be huge for me if I get through it !!!! Oh and My hubby brings it on this week >I hate it that he does this .Hes such a sabatoger !! I gotta be strong !!!.
 
I'm with you on that one. TTOM started for me today toox( . I just had a chocolate filled mint (just one) and I've been doing good so far.

You've been great for 3 weeks you can do this forever!

Hang in there Mary! TTOM is for me too and I haven't done so well. But don't let him sabatoge you. Hang in there and be strong.

Mary, I am a huge eater when PMS week hits. I am starting to recover today. This week has been bad. I was determined this month I wouldn't eat a half loaf of bread and a half jar of PB in one sitting. I used this forum as a motivator (signed on 5-30). The worst I did this PMS time was eating two PB/chocolate protein bars at one sitting and one night when the PB pull was so strong, I popped a bag of low fat popcorn and ate it and went to bed.

I am feeling pretty good about myself. It is a struggle every month for me. I do owe some of the credit to the people on this forum. It is a great support system and it helps to be accountable. This is the first month I can remember I didn't binge eat during PMS.

Eat protein every 30 mins instead of crap and your muscles will benefit from it and you won't be hungry for junk. Just something I would do as right now I am having a hard time consuming enough protein when it is this dag on hot here!

This afternoon while I was doing some groceries I had the cravings for chocolate, I am not a chocolate person, but I had this craving to feel it in my mouth, yum yum, so I went for the jell-0 fat free sugar free pudin and made it at home with skin milk, I tell you I had a sit when it was ready and I just had such pleasure having it in my mouth, I share it with my teen daughter and after that, I went and did rythmic step, and thank God the craving is gone.

Ty All for encouraging me . Well I got thru day one The tuffest day for me .Yeee Haaaa .I can do it ! I keep saying NO To my hubby and his Junk Food . You ladies are the best . Your all the best support system ever ... I'm gonna hit the protiens today !!! :)
