Okay, I'm the only one who voted for the 1 beginner workout. But I'm still a little confused. I don't like circuit workouts; that is, workouts that have you stepping for a while, then picking up a barbell for a few reps, then going back to stepping again. I like to concentrate on cardio and strength in separate workouts. I know I'm being thick, but am I correct in my assessment that I would not be happy with the intermediate and advanced workouts, or is there something I'm missing here? Thanks guys.
