Hi,
I just moved last weekend and have been out of touch but I have been working out

I have moved into a new condo development and there is no postal service because the development is not meeting specs for delivery and the post office is 5 miles from my new place and I work weekdays and 2-3 Saturdays/mth and can't get there to pick up my mail.
Also, the condo development is supposed to supply me with 2 trash receptacles (1 for trash and 1 for recycled stuff). I settled on June 9 and no receptacles although I have been pestering the condo association and guess what ...the township won't pick up my trash unless I have the proper receptacles. Oh, and no phone wires and the underground cable was destroyed by the builders and so I still don't have internet or phone service. I am at work now checking in. Any lawyers who know what my rights are here. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Well, with all the aggravation I still have managed to work out.
Tuesday: CTX kickox (warm-up and cardio onlu plus Gym Style biceps.
Wednesday: Powermax
Thursday:KPC and shoudlerwork
Friday: GymStyle triceps and floor work from Legs and Glutes
Saturday:StepBlast and GymStyle Chest
Sunday: Gauntlet
Today: Gym Style Back. Maybe when I get home from work I will do S&H legs,,,just the heavy work.
