To help combat "Disney Gut"..yes, that 2 week period each year where I say the heck with this healthy crap and just have some plain old fun.

So, Cathe...I'm going to ask far in advance for your to devise a plan for me to combat Disney Gut...I'm going to need you to kick my butt like never before, and there will be extra butt to kick, i'm sure.
