Mere-mortal kickbox mish-mosh.

I tried this on Saturday, and it was a lot of fun: Kick Punch and Crunch through the intensity drills, insert Kickmax blast section, finish KPC starting at the combos through the end. I don't have a DVD changer, but it only takes a few seconds to switch discs.

It would be even better to tack on the KickMax leg conditioning drills, but I did Legs&Glutes + Step Fit the previous day, and I wasn't anxious for any more leg punishment. Not to mention that I was running out of time because my back yard was about to be filled up with 10 4-and-5-year-olds for my son's birthday party. Sigh . . . if keeping up with children only burned fat!

This can't even compare with an A-Jock Mish-Mosh, but it's a fun sweat fest for us mere mortals.
 
Hey your MishMosh says tough. I will have to try that one when my darn foot gets better. I wish I could come up with workouts like that. I you come up with others, please share.
