I allow myself one sweet treat per day, aside from any fruit I might eat. I cut out sugar in my tea (I do Splenda or other overpriced "natural" sweeteners) and I haven't drank sweetened ice tea or sodas except on rare occasion (rootbeer or grape soda cravings). That being said, tonight I will indulge in a slice of whole wheat devils food cake with frosting. Other nights I might have 100 calorie pack of those Nabisco cookies with 8oz 1% moo juice. I don't buy chips or crackers for my house but if I encounter them I take a teensy helping....
