Have you received it yet? I got an email from George Snyder last week saying I should get it Monday or Tuesday. It's Wednesday and still not book. I ordered it at least a month ago so I'd really like to have it!

It took a long time to get my book - he said the new addition was coming out so it was taking longer. I waited about 2 months or so.

I ordered mine on July 23 and have yet to receive it. I called and sent an email. George sent me an email last Tuesday and said it was going out Friday(Aug 12th) and that I should receive it Tuesday or WDenesday. I'm getting a little frustrated just like you!
