If you had $100 to spend...

Cathlete
would you purchase the current high step deal that includes the high step w/4 risers AND the DVDs HSC, HST & HSCh

OR

the two DVD's RS/IMAX/MIC and SS/PP?

So, help me spend some money.

:)

Ok, Michele, to some of us workout stuff is fun. We love the sexy little hobble with which we walk after a good lower body workout or the feminine little grunts and moans which accompany the flirtatious flip of the hair after a good upper body workout.

On second thought, a bracelet, cute little pair of shoe-sies, some fresh new makeup...no, no, workout DVDS it is.:p

Melody-
Do you already have SS/PP and RS/IMAX/MIC on VHS?? I need this info before I give you my answer :D .
Karin

I would buy the high step. That seems like a great deal- the high step and the 3 dvds. The other dvds aren't on sale so what's the rush? You'll probably get them all eventually, so why not save some $? I got my high step in Feb. and love it.
Deanie:)

good luck with your decision

Jeez, my first choice is for you to get everything listed }( . However, since that is probably not the case I personally would get SS/PP and RS/IMAX/MIC. The big reason for this choice is that I am more of a cardio or weights girl and not a cardio with weights girl. I do circuits once in awhile, but I usually just do either or. I just did a 72 min premix of SS yesterday and I have major back DOMs today. It was also a really fun workout.

The high step deal does look great though and I really love my high step. Okay maybe I should delete my post, it is so not helpful :) . Let us know what you decide.

Karin

Well, since I've been told firmly by two lovely ladies that I need RS, I guess I'd get that option.

I've made a compromised decision: I can get the high step topper w/1 riser since I have 4 risers at home with my original step and get the RS/IMAX/MIC DVD. Karin made me realize I don't do enough weight/cardio circuit work to want all 3 HS DVD. But I do want the high step because Cathe uses it in so many of the DVDS I have. And I really want RS. So later I'll get HSCh and the SS/PP.:7

Thanks for your comments and for listening.

Melody, I am very impressed that you decided so quickly. I usually him and haw for a long time. I think that you made a great choice. I just love that cardio DVD. The high step videos are fun too, but you can always acquire them at a later time :) . Have fun with the new DVDs and high step.

Karin

I love my high step so I would go for the high step. Do you need more risers for your step bench? You can use what you get to step higher. You can't go wrong with either and just know eventually you will get them all.

Good Luck

I LOVE my High Step and I use the additional risers all the time to comnvert my step into a weight bench for Gym Styles, Pyramids, etc! Also, HSTA is an AWESOME cardio + weight workout!

Good Luck!
Terri:)

I'd take your second choice.

My ALL TIME FAVORITE Cathe workout is the original Imax. I love it because it's simple choreography yet uber challenging. It's fun to do and the music is great. To me, it's her most intense workout to date - yet it doesn't have a dread factor. In fact, I was all set to do this one this morning only to find it's 'broken' as it will no longer play in my player (though MIC and RS work fine!) I was so upset I started bawling.

Buy Imax - you won't regret it! Plus, Supersets is Superfun!!

Hey Melody, I would go for the high step, only because im ordering the same thing..lol I just previewed the 3 videos that come with it and it looks really good. and its a good deal because Cathe's videos are about $26 each and we get 3 of em, and the high step alone is $59. so thats a deal. im ordering mine on pay day. I just received my bootcamp & muscle endurance video today. seems like im developing another problem. (ordering too many video's) every day it seems like im stalking the mail man. the dh thinks I need help because im obsessed with ordering exercise video's & watching infomecial. lol ok im going on and on. but I think you are making the right choice with your high step purchase.:) Gem
