You all make me laugh! My girlfriend said she'd take the day off and we'd go shopping. She agrees with (most of) you and says get it all! Thank you for the well-wishes!

That's what I'd do.

Or a really fab haircut from a great hairstylist (your hair is something you 'wear' everyday, so you'd get a lot more mileage out of it than anything else on the list). Or a haircut/makeover.

But, from the list, I'd choose a piece of jewelry.

I also agree with a pampering day. There are many other expensive things that I want though... the new kitchen, cameras, computers, software, games...
From the list, I like shoes the most.
