Hi!
I posted this at VF, but I thought I'd ask here also.
I always thought I hated kickboxing, but due to the encouragement of another Cathe-ite (thanks Tess), I tried KPC. Surprisingly, I loved it. I then tried Kick Max (which had been collecting dust on the shelf, I had tried it only once) and again, I liked it. When I did KM, I did the blasts first, then the combinations and then the blasts again. I got 40 minutes in my target zone, which made me happy. So now, I'm on the hunt for good Kickbox DVD's. I need the intensity to be high (like KPC and KM). So far, on VF, the suggestions have been: Tracy's Cardio Sweatfest, Amy's KBX, Kim Spreen Absolute Kickboxing and Powerstrike (#1 and #2). Any thoughts on these suggestions or any others I should consider?????
TIA,
Lauren
