Hi,
I was hoping some of you could help me. For one of my classes, a classmate and I have to do community service which involves teaching 16 6th graders some kind of exercise. We decided to teach a core class with a 10 min warm-up of basic exercises, jacks, speed skaters, etc. The main part of the workout will need to be approx. 20-25 mins. So far, I have some pretty good ideas; various planks (w/ a contest at the end for those who want to participate), wheelbarrows, standing rotation twists w/ dyna band (partnered), supermans', etc...any other ideas? The only equipment we'll have are the dynabands and possibly some soccer balls which can act as medicine balls. At this point I have enough exercises to fill the time, but I thought I'd see if anyone has some fun ideas (particularly partner exercises and dynaband exercises) that I hadn't thought of.
