Ideas for combining LB workout day w/Lowmax? ?????

I have LB today and hoping you gals have some ideas on how t incorporate lowmax with a lower body tape? What tape should I do for LB? I haven't tried Gym Style Legs yet so maybe I should do that one? If so, what's the best way to combine with lowmax? I was thinking of doing intervals 4-7 + a LB tape?

Hi Pam, first of all I hope you will resolve your problems with the sound of your hardcore dvd.I resolve my problems buying new sound speakers seting them in my computer and using the stereo audio format.Hope this helps.

I hope SNM will make a louder music version again in the future workouts. Hope this helps.

I think you can mix LM with a premix of the legs and glutes dvd. Anyway I think you are going to work your legs enough doing LM only.

I did GS legs and lowmax today myself. I have also done Low Max Blasts followed by KM lower drills and MM lower only.

I've done a few variations/mixes & matches:
GS-Legs floor only + Low Max blasts
GS-Legs standing + Kick Max combos only
Low Max 1-4 premix (or 4-7, if you prefer) + Kick Max combos + KM leg cond. drills
KM combos + GS-Legs floor only + KM leg cond. drills
Low Max step only + IMAX 3 step only

I have Low Max on the plate for tomorrow and Muscle Max the next day. I've not yet done Low Max. Is it too much of a lower body workout to follow it with MM/

I don't think you will find it too much Susan. You probably won't dig deep into the LM blasts the first time through. And the MM leg work is fairly short, albeit intense.

Thanks for the good ideas! I ended up only doing lowmax b/c I was still recovering from my last lb workout. I will definitely use these ideas next week though.
