ICE Workouts

Just want to point out that the ICE workouts will be catering to our solid intermediate exercises ....the E "extreme" in ICE pertains only to the optional bonus Blizzard Blasts.

While the modifier will be showing options on all moves, those options will still be challenging options that are as closely matched to the exercise that is being performed at that moment.

Hi Cathe......will these be the same intensity as say "Athletic training" which is an intermediate level wkout? What can we compare it to? Also, what will the blizzard blasts consist of?
 
I can't really compare it to athletic training because athletic training is a step work out and there are no step workouts in the series. Offhand I can't really think of any of my workouts that really match the flavor of what these workouts will have. I just know that rather than pushing to the advanced or extreme for the majority of a given work out the ICE series will be more steady state with periods of ramp up and back off and ramp up and back off so that you're challenged and winded but not crazy winded... Does that make sense? The blizzard blasts will be more along the lines of pushing an advanced style work out with intervals. In these 15 or so minute segments you will be more winded then less winded but still not to the intensity of an all out hard core hiit DVD
 
I get it and yes it makes perfect sense! Thanks Cathe! Do you have a length in mind yet? 45 minutes? 60? Just wondering.
 
Yes I love some 90's and 80's!! Some even now days to an extent.. But you know I also love some classic rock to! Like some 70's to! And gosh I am a music lover! I hope to have the one with voice in it. So I was wondering if there will be an option of the ones like to lout knockout where it was three options? Voice or just Cathe and no music or just instrumental!? That was nice and seemed to please all.
