Hi, I'm an avid cyclist who wants to keep spinning/outdoor cycling in my workout routine. I have the ICE DVD's and want to start with the All Ice Rotation - Level 1. This plan has 2 off days per week. My plan is to have 1 off day a week with 2 days of spinning and 4 days of ICE workouts. Any ideas how to incorporate cycling into the rotation? I'm thinking I will use 1 of the off days to spin and then 1 of the workouts per week I will use to spin instead. Wondering if I should skip the kickbox one or low impact sweat since they are cardio based. Those that have done this rotation before, what do you think?
