If you're concerned about doing the upper body workouts back to back, my understanding from Cathe is that they were designed as a one body part per day and can be done back to back. However; the caveat is to also listen to your body and go by how it feels. I did the MMs back to back all last week and other than some mild DOMS felt fine.Hi,
Is it ok to do Chiseled lower blast/muscle meltdown shoulder and then the next day do bootcamp circuit + muscle meltdown biceps..or do I need some recovery in between those 2 workouts?
