<--- is glad she ran her 4 miles last night and not this morning

<--- is off to shower and start her day

<--is actually home from work now (it's almost noon here :)!)

<---brother made an unexpected visit but missed the bus home(lives with mother)<---still sleeping on the couch as i type away,lucky was going to mom's anyway this morning
