I did keep my name, and this is what I did ( I'll feel stupid if anyone tried this and didn't work, but here goes)......when I went to login I just pressed the " I forgot my password" button, put my email in, and voila...they sent me a new new password to my SPAM box....I hope this will maybe help some of you who might want your old name back!

It took 2 days but I finally got in. I had to ask for a new password too.
It's hard to stand outside the fence looking in!

The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with email....I just don't see how it can send you a password and it's not received....hmmmmmm....I just feel bad because I know how it is to be attached to name AND to not be able to log in.

I posted this question in the STS forum: Since I ordered STS in January under my old user name and that seems to be lost, Are our STS orders lost too? I wouldn't think so but.....ya never know.

I was able to get registered yesterday evening (8:00 PST) by requesting a new password. I found this buried in an earlier post after floundering around for a while trying to figure out how to register. I sure didn't want to have to get a new e-mail address or name to post on the forums. My password was e-mailed immediately.

This is what everyone had to do. Nobody was emailed a password out of the blue - we all had to go through the "I forgot my password" route. Unfortunately, some ISP's are rejecting the password emails before they ever reach people's Inboxes or Spam folders. I believe this is one of the big issues SNM is working on right now.

As for STS orders... it's unlikely those would be affected, since they are not tied to our forum accounts at all. (Otherwise only people with forum accounts would be able to order it, and that wouldn't make any sense)

Yeah, that makes sense. I ordered my first Cathe workout long before I found this forum!
I found my STS receipt. I forgot I paid for 2nd day air shipping. I'm gettting so excited about the program!
