Ok, I realized today after watching Cathe doing the forward bounding blast on Drill Max, that I had been landing ALL wrong. I was landing toe-ball heel, which killed my shins, but Cathe does these and other exercise blast like these landing heel to toe-ball. No wonder I couldn't keep up and my calves were giving out way to early.
After practicing them the right way, I realized the exercises are alot easier and I was targeting all the right areas, (and OMG, haven't been worked areas!)
. They are a little awkward at first and will be until I re-learn them the right way.
