I am a long time fan. I started using your videos during my freshman year in high school after I had lost 42 pounds. You kept me extremely motivated. I felt so strong and healthy. During my junior year in high school I was in a bad car accident and it resulted in injuries in my back and neck. For two years I was advised to not exercise. As a result I gained almost 20 pounds, but I am in the process of losing it. I am finally able to exercise and I am so excited to jump back into it. I am in college now so I do not think I can bring a step with me. However I have a mat and weights. I have several of your step videos. I want to buy a new video. Do you have any suggestions? The physical strength is very weak now that I have not really exercised for very long so I know it will take awhile to build up my stamina but I am very motivated to build it up again. Please let me know your suggestions on good videos to buy. Thank you so much!
