Kim , Oh its not the sweets I gave up <They are my down fall Like M&M's .Its the fast food .Its been a whole year !!! my anniverrsary this week !!!!!No Pizza either !!!. My secret is .Some things I have to give up 100% plus or I cant stop So .Thats what I did not one bite even ...Ummm I'm working on the sugar stuff now !!! OMG its way harder then fast food LOL
