I very light pink line????

I took two pregnancy tests tonight and they both showed very light pink lines in the result window. They were much lighter than the test, quite faint really, but definately there. I am three days late. I will take another test in the morning because I know pregnancy levels are higher then, but it is going to be a long night. If someone can give me some input tonight I would greatly appreciate it. I called the number on the test, but it isn't a 24 hour number. Thanks!

I really don't think it matters if the line was light pink or not. I'm pretty sure, if there's any kind of line there, then it's positive.

This is what I've read, but you never know.

It is a positive test. I had that with all of mine, it has to do with you testing so soon after being late (I did it about 3 days after, too). Congratulations! Happy happy.

I will go in Monday and have a blood test. I don't think I will truly believe it till I get those results. The one I took this morning gave me the same light pink line. It took a good two to three minutes before it showed up.

With Pregnancy test any pink at all is a positive... the only thing that could maybe and I do mean a slight maybe that could effect the test is if you are taking hormone suppliments, shots etc. to conceive. With pregnancy test their are False Negatives but not false positives. My pregnancy test don't even show up with the faint,faint pink link until I am about 5 days late and I use the most sensitive test available. So you have some nice strong baby hormones it sounds like!

I didn't realize that. I took another one tonight, and got the same results. I figure by now the line should have gotten darker. It was fainter, but it was a different kind of test. I was too busy today to go to the doc. I just started back to work. I am driving myself crazy about this. I guess, if I ovulated later in the month than usual the test wouldn't be very strong yet. That could also be why I got pregnant. I thought since it was so late in the month my husband and I could be a little reckless. I will make time to go see the doc tomorrow. I am having real mixed emotions about this. Didn't sleep a wink last night. Thanks for the information.
