Those are excellent choices. You definitely will want more once you try Cathe's tapes. They are ALL so fun. I'm not sure what level you are but MIC (Maximum Intensity Cardio)is very good too if you want to add another cardio to your collection and it compliments MIS very well. Let us know what you decide. If you can afford it, the more you buy, the better the discount. Have fun and let us know when you get your tapes! :-jumpy!!!!
