It is pretty sad! I can't do any other workout now but Cathe's either. I want to learn the moves so much that I will sit and watch to get them right. Also, I'll put my DVD player on slow-motion and do the steps that way so I can get all the foot work right. I would find the moves overwhelming at first, but when I get them right I am SO happy. It makes me feel really coordinated and good about myself to master moves I thought I could never do. When I start a new one now, they don't seem as hard either the more I do. I'm able to pick up new DVD moves quicker now. So sad....Well,not really. Actually wonderful that there are workout DVDs that are so inspiring that you feel excited to push yourself and do your best even though you know it will be hard. It is very exciting when you are done to know you did it. It is a happy tired!!!!! I find that other aerobics videos now don't really push me. They are too easy. I almost feel like I'm wasting my time with other ones now.
