Well, now would be an excellent time to learn lip-reading! Think of it as a growth experience. You will learn a new skill, and get to do a fun new workout.
I did LowMax for the first time on Sunday and the cueing pretty much goes like this, really fast: "Step knee corner to corner, step kick around the world, grapevine, hamstring curl, pony down, pivot, mambo, cha cha reverse mambo, side lunge, knee, smash, kick, mambo, sculpt 7, basic right" Then you do it all on the other side. LOL! Talk about fancy footwork!

It's a lot of fun though. Maybe if you watch it enough, you'll figure out the steps well enough to not need sound? I can't imagine doing it that way (I'm a klutz), but it could be a new kind of challenge!
