I am so happy with my Abcoaster. First I would like to report my experience with placing my order. The CS person was very informed, helpful and sensitive to the fact that I was not willing to purchase the abcoaster if I was not able to used it due to a lower back condition (degenerative disc and bulging disc @ the L4 and the L5).
Make a long story short she (the CS person) surprised me when she reported that she could divide the $399.00 into 8 payments of $49.98 with a 60 days trial, well I took the deal.
I injured my lower back again about five months ago doing sit up using the large ball and I just began to feel like I can start my exercise routine again so you can see how important it is for me to protect my back. When I saw the sitting position needed to used this machine I felt it was just what I needed to help me with relief from pain and I have to tell you I feel no pain at all when I was suffering from my tail bone hurting and I sit all day on my job and today my tail bone feels normal and for the last five months I've been in so much discomfort.
Now that I know that I love the AbCoaster I will pay the $399.00 one time payment because I do not like monthly payments.
It was very easy to put together, the instructions to put it together is on a dvd but I didn't need it. The secret is to hold in your stomach in tightly and lift your knees up with your stomach muscles you must bring your knees up high enough to be counted as a rep plus each lift is a controlled lift, on the way back to the starting position you are controlling that movement plus always holding your stomach inward, it's not just a swinging back & drop. I can't wait to get back on it.
