I really just wanted to share this with you guys

The past 4 weeks I did a rotation using Slow and Heavy workouts, and I loved it! So my goal at the end of the 4 weeks was to do Muscle Max to see what kind of results I achieved!

I did it yesterday!

I was able to do all of the push ups!
Before the rotation, I could only do the biceps with 10's and yesterday I used 15's!
And I did the back rows with 20's!
I saw an improvement in the entire workout!

I was so proud of myeslf LOL

Congratulations Shannon ! I know we all workout and watch what we eat to be healthy, but when you can see the strength gains like are it is so GREAT !

Let us know what happens after doing MM for your 4 weeks !

This week is my rest week! I've been going at it for 3 months so I figure I need to give myself a break, recharge, and then continue on!!

I hope I don't lose any of the gains....haha

I LOVE Slow & Heavy, and try to use it at least once very few weeks. Muscle Max is one of my faves too!

Yeah I think they are my new favorites too! I think what shocked me the most was I wasn't expecting it! Those are always the best
 
How exciting! I just ordered the Slow and Heavy dvd! I'm looking forward to some similar results! Of course, I have nothing to compare it to as this is only my third CF dvd, but it's nice to know I should be able to make some strength gains! Not that I had any doubt about that as I have seen great CV improvement from Cathe's cardio dvds!
