Lori, what kind of rebounder to you have? How do you workout out on them? I have been hearing about rebounders for many years and yet not looked into them to see what all they do.

I am so sorry about your herniated disks. I know they must be very painful. You are one smart lady to figure out how to tailor your workouts around your injury.:) I find it amazing how the injury is in the cervix but you feel it also in the lumbosacral area! ;(
 
I bought a cushion...

Wanda how are you feeling? Listen, I bought a cushion on qvc last Saturday and I'm waiting for it to arrive. I checked out a couple of websites and this cushion was the best one I could find for the price. However I have to try it first to see if it's as good as they say it is. When it gets here I will try it out for a couple of days and I'll tell you if it's any good. Meanwhile I'm still sitting on two cushions over a padded chair LOL.
