I need someone to kick my butt!!!

Hey all! I need a REALLY challenging rotation that focuses on strength and edurance. Problem is, I don't have all the videos (or the budget to buy them all) so the public rotations won't work for me. I'm really bad at putting together rotations b/c I'm fairly new to following them. I'm just finishing up a month on the Body Blast rotation, which was great, but I need something even harder!! I'm begging for a challenge, so if anyone feels up to it---please check out my list of videos below and KICK MY BOODIE!!!

BB--Step Blast
BB--SJP
BB--PP
BB--KPC
BB--SS
BB--L&G
CTX--All Step
IS--Muscle Endurance
IS--Pyramid upper
IS--pyramid lower
Rhythmic step
IMAX 1
MIC
Step Works
The Classics Vol. 1 dvd
Ab Hits dvd
(and would like to include pilates, yoga, or swiss ball basics as well)

I'm looking forward to any suggestions!!!!!
 
Ok I will give it a whirl:

Monday: Pyramid Upper
Tuesday: All Step minus the shoulders plus abs
Wednesday: Pyramid Lower
Thursday: KPC
Friday: Muscle Endurance
Saturday: Imax 1
Sunday: off or yoga or pilates

Week 2

Monday: SS
Tuesday: Imax 1
Wed.: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Step Works
Friday: PP
Saturday: MIC the whole thing (if you can)
Sunday: rest or pilates or yoga

Week 3

Monday: Muscle Endurance
Tues.: Rhythmic Step
Wed. Pyramids Upper
Thurs.: KPC
Friday: Pyramids Lower
Saturday: Step Blast
Sunday: Swiss Ball Basics or rest

Add in abs everyday if not already in the workout you are scheduled to do.

Sounds like a challenge!! Thanks alot! I have trouble finding that balance where I feel like I've worked hard enough w/out OVER-working myself. I definitely want my muscles to grow, but the fat to COME OFF!!:7
