For those of you that have Cathes work out Kickbox (the older work out), Is this a good work out? I know all Cathe's work out are great but does this one have the intensity as K,P,C?
I am a kickboxing junkie & I love Kick Max & KPC- I go through stages of which I like more- KPC is more high impact - KM has the blast challenge which is high impact but the combos are lower impact & I love the leg drills at the end- they have really helped with my flexibilty in the outer thigh/hip area & have made my kicks stronger. You can also modify this one easily to make it more challening. I always do the blast challenge first, then combos, then leg drills. I personally like it better this way & sometimes will do blast challenge, combos, blast challenge, then leg drills- so it can be as tough as you want it to be.
I love kickbox. You get a great workout in such a short time and then you get an upper body workout that is great. I have it on dvd. The other workouts are really good two.
I was even thinking of getting out cardio kicks again. It was the first Cathe tape I owned and I still love it. I have all of Cathes kickboing.I prefer it over step anyday!
I love kickbox!! I will use it for a warm up before doing upperbody and end finishing out feeling great...Everytime I play it I can't seem to stop and walk away. It is fun!!
