I need help deciding which DVD to get.

First, I want to say that I recently received KPC/L&G and I love it! I'm now trying to decide on my next DVD. I've watched the preview clips and I really like Supersets/Push Pull and Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance. I'm not sure which one to get, though. So, I'm hoping you all can help me. My goal is to lose weight (about 50 lbs.) and decrease my body fat. I figure either DVD would be OK, but I read a post a while back that the supersets DVD was defective. Is there still a problem with this one? I'm rambling now, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks!:)

Supersets and Push Pull are two shorter (45 - 50 minute) workouts that are not as strenuous as Cathe's other weight workouts but they are fun and have some new refreshing ball work in them. I love these workouts as well as the premixes on the DVDs and I have not had any problems with these DVDs being defective ( I Have a Sony DVD player).

Boot Camp is a super tough circuit workout with cardio mixed in and core work and the muscle endurance workout is a great overall tough workout as well. So if you are looking for something with cardio and can handle something very advanced, go for the bootcamp DVD because you will get more than just the weight training benefits. With this DVD you also get a lot of premixes where you can do cardio only or corework only. The bootcamp/ME DVD may be more versatile for you if you are looking for more than just weight training.

That is my 2 cents. Good luck with your decision.:)

I just got ME/BC and haven't done it yet so I can't help you there but I have heard the same things the previous poster said. I do have supersets/push-pull and I love it. I have heard it's "easy" for Cathe, but it still made me sore the first time I did it. I use it on my "easy" weight lifting day which is Saturday for me. Excellent DVD. I don't think you can really go wrong with either which is why I bought both. :)
