I need an ab routine

Hello all, I about to purchase pyramid u/l or the gym style series but I really need a good routine for my abs. Would anyone recommend the core max or are there any other suggestions? I just cant seem to see any results in my abs so far. Thanks for your help.

Core Max is great. I especially like Core Max 1 (without equipment). CM#2 is on the ball and CM#3 is with a medicine ball. It also has 3 premixes. The ab routine in Pyramid Upper Body is one of Cathe's toughest. Many find it so tough that they have to do it before the regular routine (me included). It has abs on the ball and some tough planks.

I also recommend Core Max. I especially love the 3rd workout with the medicine ball. It's very effective. The ab routine in Pyramid Upper Body is one of my favorites. I finally figured out how to do those pikes on the ball as well as the planks. I can't do as many reps as Cathe does but I'm getting there. It's a great challenge!!

I like Ab Hits. I add one of the routines with every workout and I do this every day. This has given me great definition!! Some of these are very challenging, and others are easy. They definitely hit the upper and lower abs from every direction.

Muscle Max!
I love this routine.. it's not tooo overdoing it, yet I like it most cuz it really gets the obliques real good. Butt n Gutts is good too, I have done each one (on all the weight DVDs) that I know all the moves so when I do a video, I just sub exercises I like (or even do modifications) for all the ones I don't like. Pyramid abs is also pretty good :)

Another vote for Ab hits. I have coremax which I really like, especially #1, no equipment, but just recently bought ab hits and boy do they work too. I've only done a few of them but they really do hit your abs differently. Several have different variations of planks which I believe is the reason I'm still sore today from the workout two days ago.

B&G's is great too.
