I work out befor school and I only have about 35 minutes. Instead of doing STS three times a week, can I break the DVD into two and lift 6x a week?
I was just confused since the 1 set of discs have a mixture of exercises and I know doing upper body 2 days in a row is a no-no.
Could I do part of disc 1 (upper) part of disc 3 (lower) the rest of disc 1 (upper) and so on? Is that going to be as effective as just doing it like Cathe says?
