I need a max fat loss and toning rotation for wedding!!!

Just got engaged and have only 5, yes 5!!!!, weeks to get some fat off and tone things up!!!! I have all the Cathe's, P90x, FIRMS, Slim Series and Slim in Six and a membership to a gym. I'll take and do anything although I have a recovering ACL injury so might have to modify a bit too. Also, I'm not currently working much so I have plenty of time to double up if need be. Don't let a fellow Cathe fan go to her wedding looking anything less than her best! HELP!
 
If you only have 5 weeks you're going to be much better off focusing much more on a very clean diet than any particular rotation. To comlement your clean diet, I would do a combo of pure cardio alternating with a circuit workout. To give some extra emphasis to your arms (if you have a dress that shows your arms) I'd recommend doing the push-up series from GS Chest every other day as well. On your rest day, consider a yoga session to help with stress relief. Just my two cents, and congrats!

Absolute agreement that clean eating is the key- Also- depending on your current daily caloric intake you need to look at that as well. Even excess clean calories create fat x(

as far as the rotation.... Since every persons body responds differently you will need to look at your own history.
Personally my body drops fat incredibly fast with (CLEAN EATING) +
a Doubles Rotations
30 min cardio AM
+
HEAVY WT Splits Am or PM
+
30 min cardio PM

The cardios in AM & PM need to be as varied as possible IE:
Kick, Run (jog), Step, Interval, Steady State, HiLo etc....

Just what works for me to lose BF quickly.... Hate to say it AGAIN but its gotta all go with CLEAN eating.:7
