I love to read ya'lls posts

Hi everyone,

I had to let everyone know, that reading the posts have helped me and encouraged me. I am about 5'3" to start with in the middle of March of this yr when I went in to the doctor, I found out I weighed 138, ouch, that hurt. The most I have ever weighed even pregnant was 132. I had already 2 weeks earlier started exercising, because I couldn't get my blue jeans buttons anymore :-( well when that happened that did it, I had to do something ....
So for the past 3 months I have been exercising everyday, at least an hr a day, and most days more. I have lost 11 lbs so far, but I will never stop, this feels to good. Reading ya'lls posts have helped me to know what dvds and videos to get. By the way, I am 43 and have a son almost 17, and my other son is 20 .. me and hubby are same age. So thanks again and keep it up, I love to read them...:7
I feel like I have a bunch of new friends, thanks

Hi Rhonda! Glad you too have fallen into fitness with us! It's kind of addictive isn't it?! Congrats on the weight loss! I know how much work that can be! Keep up the great work and much success in all you do! Susan

I know what you mean. I believe that reading the forum(s) is what keeps me in the exercise frame of mind. If I didn't know other folks were doing the same thing and had the same goals, it would be so much harder to stick to this. The Cathe forum is always full of good info. and encouragement.

Congrats on your wt. loss and good luck in reaching your goals!
