Now that I have incorporated some running into my fitness routine I have been using the Stretch Max DVD much more often. I especially love the section with the bands, my legs feel so nice and stretched out after this section. I know that you get a lot of compliments about your strength and cardio routines, but I wanted to let you know how much I LOVE all of the segments in Stretch Max!!
