I Like the Shorter Cool-downs

I really like the new workouts. Some aren't as intense as I expected, but I know that is as planned--I'm thinking I'll be really thankful for that when I start doing them with STS Strength!;) And, to be honest, I didn't even notice the shorter cool-downs until it became an "issue". Actually, I'm finding that I prefer them. It's perfect for me because I usually have to pause to grab my mat and a sip of water and move equipment (if used). And the first part of your stretches are done upright. My heart rate drops quickly, so it's safely down when it needs to be.

Thanks for another great series!

Just wanted to say "me too!" :D

I don't have the whole Shock Cardio set (everything except the MMAs and Step Moves), but what I've done so far seems perfect. I've done HiiT 30/30 and Travel Fit, but I previewed Circuit Blast last night and the cool downs on all of these are "just right." My personal goal is to get through every workout, not just those in SC, without having to pause - except for emergencies of course! If I have to skip a rep or two to catch my breath or get my legs to stop burning, that's permissible but NO PAUSING! :)

But on any workout, once it gets to the cool down, I usually start putting up equipment or walking around...most of the time I have to go get tissues because working out gets my sinuses going in a major way (sorry for the visual!!). So pausing at the cool down, if I need more time, works fine for me. It never adds more than a minute or two to the overall workout time.

So just count this as one more vote in favor of short cool downs. Thanks Cathe!!
