I just tried the workout blender and loved it!

I am starting to get bored with my tapes/DVDs and today I thought I would try the workout blender. I loved it! I've done many of the workouts and premixes from the Body Blast series and I started to get a little bored with my workout routine. So I've gone back to the oldies but goodies (VHS tapes) and added different sections from other workouts. For example, today I did the Imax VHS tape and thought I would add a short upper body workout and abs routine. All I did was insert the Kick, Punch and Crunch DVD and found that all you do is select the chapter(s)that you want and it automatically sets up the workout for you. I guess I just didn't pay attention to this feature until now, I hope Cathe keeps it! I think everyone eventually will try it and love it. Now I have soemthing to keep me busy while I wait for the Hardcore series.
 
Yes this is a great feature! I use it all the time! It's also great for when you're trying to learn a new step section and you can use the workout blender to play it 2 times in a row (like a combo in SB or something). :)

I guess maybe I'm missing something? How does the blender work exactly? I've tried using it but it just seems to be the same as picking each chapter individually. Is there a way to pick each section and have them play as a group?
 
I absolutely love this. I can do a long ab workout by choosing to do segments over several times. It also allows me to get a good calf workout by doing it over several times off of a workout. There are a lot of options here. I have never pre programmed my dvd but have found the blender a great add on to my workouts. For me, I have 5 dvd players, I just do not want to spend that much time programming something. Great option, the workout blender!!!!

You just select each chpater that you want and as many times and then press start. The workout blender will play it for you without programming the DVD player.
