Hi everyone,
I finally got my Step at Dick's Sporting Goods! It came with a dvd called Basic Step + Cardio & Weights.
I checked Cathe's rotation for beginners and it says not to do Cardio and Weights until after Basic Step, Body Fusion, Low Impact Step and Total Body Scuplting.
Basic Step was easy to learn. I tried Cardio and weights and found it a bit frustrating--had to stop, rewind, play, stop, rewind, play... She would say, "ok, now do such and such". And I had no idea what she was talking about. I liked how Basic step kinda breaks everything down and then adds little by little.
What I'm wondering is, Does Body Fusion, Low Impact Step and Total Body Scupting teach most of the basic steps so that Cardio and Weights would be easier to follow?? Does she explain how to do certain steps better in other DVDs??
I'm sure I can get it eventually, just wanted to know if there was an easier order to do it in...
Thankyou for any advice!
Alison
